Dr. David Hulbert is specialty board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is an attending physician at Virtua Hospital, Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital, and Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County, where he previously served as president of the medical staff. He is currently Chief of Gynecologic Surgery at Virtua Memorial Hospital and Chairman of Memorial Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates, a partnership between the physicians and the hospital charged with improving patient safety and quality of care. After receiving his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his medical degree from the Milton S. Hershey College of Medicine at the Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Hulbert completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center of Delaware.

He is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Philadelphia Obstetrical Society, the American Medical Society, the Medical Society of New Jersey, and the Burlington County Medical Society. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Hulbert joined Advocare Burlington County Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1991. When not at work, he enjoys biking, gardening, and skiing. He and his family are avid Penn State fans. He lives in Mount Laurel with his wife and three children.
